Las Vegas, January 6, 2026. Lenovo revealed a new gaming laptop, the Legion Pro Rollable Concept, at CES 2026 that expands its OLED display horizontally from 16 inches to 24 inches with a single key press, bringing ultrawide esports style screens into a portable form factor.

The Legion Pro Rollable Concept uses a dual motor system to smoothly extend the screen into wider formats designed for competitive gaming. Lenovo positions the design as a solution for esports athletes and serious gamers who rely on ultrawide monitors for better peripheral awareness but need mobility for travel and training.

The laptop is based on Lenovo’s Legion Pro platform and is configured with Intel Core Ultra processors, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 series graphics, and Lenovo AI Engine+ for real time performance tuning. Lenovo says the rollable OLED panel is engineered to maintain tension and stability during expansion, a key requirement for fast paced gameplay.

The device remains a proof of concept, with no pricing or release date announced. However, Lenovo has previously commercialized experimental designs shown at CES, making the concept more than a design exercise.

The announcement reflects a broader push by Lenovo at CES 2026, which also included new Legion laptops, a SteamOS powered Legion Go handheld, and multiple AI focused gaming devices. Together, they signal Lenovo’s strategy to blend performance, mobility, and unconventional hardware design as competition in the premium gaming market intensifies.
