Samsung’s upcoming Qi2 battery bank for the Galaxy S26 series has leaked again, offering a clearer look at its design ahead of launch. Images shared by WinFuture show the accessory built specifically to fit around the larger camera bump expected on Galaxy S26 phones.
The battery bank appears to feature a cutout at the top to avoid interference with the camera module. This design addresses a common issue with magnetic battery packs on recent Galaxy models, where the charging coil sits too close to the camera, causing misalignment or partial camera obstruction.
According to the leak, the Qi2 battery bank has a 5,000mAh capacity and supports 15W wireless charging. It also includes a built in kickstand, a USB C port, and a matching USB C cable, suggesting Samsung is positioning it as a first party accessory rather than a generic add on.
The accessory adds weight to reports that the Galaxy S26 series will support native Qi2 magnets without requiring special cases. If confirmed, this would mark a shift for Samsung, which has previously relied on accessories or cases to enable magnetic wireless charging.
Samsung has not officially announced the battery bank or confirmed Qi2 support for the Galaxy S26 lineup. However, with Galaxy Unpacked expected in February, more details are likely to emerge soon.
