Your Redmi phone has a built in tool to track screen time and app usage. You do not need to download any extra apps. Just follow the simple steps below.
How to See Your Screen Time on Redmi

- Your total screen time for today shows on the main screen.
- Tap the circle or Dashboard to see more details like app usage, unlock count, and notifications.
- Swipe or tap the bars to check your screen time from previous days.

Cannot Find Digital Wellbeing on Redmi
Type Digital Wellbeing in the search bar in Settings. It should show up. If not, go to Settings, then About Phone, and check for updates.
Important Notes
- Screen time data may take one to two days to show on a new phone. This is normal.
- Screen time is not the same as Screen Timeout. Screen Timeout controls how long the screen stays on. To change it, go to Settings, then Display or Lock Screen, then tap Sleep.
Does This Work on All Redmi Phones
Yes. These steps work on almost all Redmi phones with Android 9 or newer. This includes Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 15, Redmi 13, Redmi 15 series, and most recent models. Updated for 2026.
